This is the third, in a series of posts, to explain the Whitko P.R.I.D.E. acronym that you may have seen on the back of shirts worn by Whitko athletes.
PRIDE is defined as a feeling or deep sense of satisfaction derived from the achievements of those with whom one is closely associated. Pride, the product of praise, self reflection, and a sense of belonging to something bigger than oneself.
The I in P.R.I.D.E. stands for INTEGRITY.
Integrity is defined as the quality of being honest and having strong moral principles.
How it applies:
We will do the right thing when no one is looking. We will be honest, yet respectful of one another. We will take ownership of our mistakes, failures and shortcomings, and learn from them so we can fix and overcome them.
